Ross made his first film television appearance in 1995 playing the brash Corporal Dando alongside the series' regulars, Dougray Scott and Richard Dillane. With his authorative manner, strong voice and commanding build, Ross is no stranger to playing strong, authority figures with roles such the affable PC Donald Stuart in the popular ITV series Rosemary and Thyme alongside Felicity Kendal and the imposing but compassionate immigration officer, John Davies from the S4C Wales television drama, Caerdydd. Ross is most known for his regular television appearance as Bruce Maverick in Hollyoaks and Commander Quattrone in 'Da Vinci's Demons' which was written and directed by David S Goyer who was also the creator of the recent Batman and Superman movies. Ross has been in the television and film world for over twenty years and is a face that you will easily recognise.
